Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions that take place on the www.rocksaltliving.com website.
1. User of the website
A user of this website is any natural or legal person that navigates on the website and places an order for Rocksalt Living products. By placing an order, the user of this website accepts the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions do not affect any statutory rights. The user confirms that (s)he is 18 years of age or older.
2. Product Information
All Rocksalt Living products are uniquely designed and hand crafted. Rocksalt Living takes due care to make sure that product descriptions and specifications,, colours and prices are at all times accurate. Fractional variations in exact product measurements and or colours may occasionaly occur. Rocksalt Living cannot be held responsible for any variations in colour that may arise caused by the user’s web browser or computer software.
3. Availability of Products.
All Rocksalt Living products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. In case Rocksalt Living is unable to deliver to the user the product(s) ordered for any reason, no charge will be made and/or any fee already paid for undelivered products will be refunded in full to the user’s credit card account. Rocksalt Living will not be liable for any other losses incurred due to unavailability of the products.
4. Product pricing
In the event of a product listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from suppliers, taxes or duty changes, Rocksalt Living retains the right to refuse or cancel an order listed at the incorrect price even after such a confirmation e-mail has been sent. For any such order, Rocksalt Living will issue a credit to the user’s credit card account for any fee already paid for such an order including any delivery charges.
5. Payment of an order
All user orders are processed directly though the www.rocksaltliving.com website. Rocksalt Living processes card payments securely via a third party payment system. All transactions are processed using a secure server. Rocksalt Living does not hold or store any customer card details. Rocksalt Living will never process or pass on users’ details to any third party.
Payment processing will require the user to submit full and accurate billing details. Submitting Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing of the order. Orders will only be processed once authorisation of the credit card has been properly received. Rocksalt Living will not dispatch any products before payment has been cleared which may affect delivery times.
An electronic invoice will be issued and sent to the user’s designated e-mail address once the products have been dispatched.
6. Contractual relationship
Confirmation of a payment for an order order by Rocksalt Living forms a legally binding contract between the user and Rocksalt Living. Rocksalt Living will be sending a confirmation e-mail to the user in the address provided by him/her in the order form.
7. Cancellation of Orders/Returned Goods
Rocksalt Living will exchange or refund any unwanted full priced items returned in their original condition and packaging, unused and with tags attached within 14 days after the day of delivery.
The user shall inform Rocksalt Living of the return of the products via e-mail at info@rocksaltliving.com. The user is responsible for arranging return postage and all relevant costs. The returned product(s) shall be shipped to Rocksalt Living’s at the following address:

Returns must be completed within 14 days after informing Rocksalt Living of the return.
The new products or the refund will not be sent to the user prior to receiving the returned product(s) It is therefore advised that returns are arranged via registered mail allowing tracking. Rocksalt Living will not assume liability for any returned products that do not get delivered to the above designated address. Products returned outside the 14 day period will not be refunded.
8. Faulty Products
In the event of a faulty product, the user shall inform Rocksalt Living via e-mail at info@rocksaltliving.com stating the exact nature of the fault. Rocksalt Living will, subject to product availability, replace any faulty product(s) with identical ones. Rocksalt Living will assume any shipment expenses for the replacement product(s) or fully refund by credit of the full purchase price of the faulty product(s) to the user’s credit card.
9. Delivery Times
Processing time will vary from the selected method of shipment, and may take from 24hrs to 2 weeks depending on the exact shipment location. The quoted delivery times on this site are only estimates. Delivery is arranged through a third independent courier provider. Rocksalt Living Living shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the products. Detailed information about shipments in the UK, the EU and globally can be found in the relevant section of this web site. Specifically for international orders outside the EU, delivery costs do not include any duty or custom charges additional domestic sales taxes on receipt of delivery may occur. Additional charges possibly required for customs clearance will not be covered by Rocksalt Living.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes.
11. Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions, together with the website content on products specifications and prices, shipment information, contact details and privacy policy, set out the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of the Rocksalt Living products.
12. Miscellaneous
These terms and conditions are subject to change and may be amended at any time without prior notice by Rocksalt Living. Any updated terms and conditions will immediately appear on the www.rocksaltliving.com website.
